Quick Fixes if you Run out of Deodorant
Have you ever had a day when you were running late. As your headed out the door you realize, “Oh crap! I forgot deodorant!” I know, no one likes to admit to such days, but we have all had one. May be you were on a school trip and forgot to pack it, may be you are opposed to the aluminium in most brands, may be you forgot to pick some up at the store before a big presentation. No matter, here are some solutions that can work for you.
Baking Soda, thrown under the arms can work like an odor absorber. Hey if it works for the fridge, why not your pits! (You can laugh really you can)
Baby Power, also known as corn starch and fragrance. You can use this in a pinch as it will absorb moisture and give a good smell.
Essential Oils, these work very well because the hotter you get the stronger the essential oils smell becomes. It’s very similar to how an essential oil lamp diffuser works.
Perfume, what woman hasn’t done this on an extra sweaty day? I don’t know one yet that hasn’t.
After Bath Body Splash, this is a wonderful thing most women have any way and never use regularly. It works like a very light perfume would work, but doesn’t work as good as an essential oil would.
Scented Lotion, again this works like and essential oil would but no where near as good. If you don’t expect to be sweating heavy this, with some body splash, might get you through, but I would throw baking soda under my arms for good measure.
Washing very regularly, of course we know this will work, but how regular do I mean? About every two to three hours depending on how much you are sweating.
I hope this helps you and may you never be stuck with out deodorant again!
